Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bit hard to repro as it doesn't always happen but it's not possible to buy some of the stuff
What happens when the bug occurs? Order something is missing
What do you expect to see? Option to order everything being there
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

The option to order medicine from the computer has disappeared. The only way to cure illness at the moment is via rest. Although the wish to take medicine still pops up. Only began after City Living installation.

Are you using mods in your game ?  If so, please remove them

No mods or custom content used. Just expansions and stuff packs.

I've had this issue on computers that have been upgraded.  The only thing I can order on those computers are the voidcritter packs.  I've worked around it using the bb.showhiddenobjects cheat because Medicine is in the debug items.  I put a shelf in one of the bathrooms and stocked it with several bottles of medicine (which I kinda like now).  I'd be curious if the OP can state whether their computer was upgraded or not.  Of course, the other issue is the handiness upgrade objects that I can't order either.  I'll have to check later and see if they're also available in the debug items.

Computer was not upgraded. Tried on several different computers just to be sure.

EDIT: With a new save file I got all ordering options back using a Deskblock Computer. bought three others, problem started again after buying the Immersive Bend computer.

Now that you mention it, I was using the Immersive Bend computers as well.  Good catch.

I didn't notice it until they came back, but yes. The only options available were to buy Voidcritter packs.
