[OPEN] [CD] Dog won't change out of Walking outfit [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? n/a
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except first pet stuff pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take a dog for a walk.
What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime a dog is taken for a walk, they remain in the walking outfit. Even giving a bath will not reset it. The only way to fix this is to manually change the dog's outfit. It gets really annoying since I try to walk the dogs regularly.
What do you expect to see? If the dog is not actively being walked, it should change back into the everyday outfit.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Yes. And every Youtuber I watch has the same issue.

I can reproduce this one. I believe they would change out of their walking outfit right after the walk, but now they keep it on.

This issue is still ongoing. The only way to change their walk outfit is with bath or manually change their outfit.

+1 on this issue, it's still ongoing in every save I have (well, the ones where the walking outfit is different from the everyday one).
