The Farlene household, in Willow Creek.  He has the Marketable trait which from what I read is causing the issue? The save slot I don't know. 
He's the only household that shows in the load game section.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? get marketable trait and the dr magi-heal craft machine
What happens when the bug occurs? he got reset,no serum or gel are made and a LE shows up
What do you expect to see? a finished product
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

i got the dr magi-heals and the markatable trait, and i want to know if there is a fix for it,every thing is up to date and no mods

I also can't use the vet craft o matic fridge. It's empty.  There is no option to interact with it. Has there been a solution to this issue?

@firequeen76 If you're owning the lot, you need to make your own serums and stuff. Once you did, you can fill it up.

So I have since discovered that if I have the vet clinic owned then I can't use the Craft o Matic. It will always be empty.  If I want to buy pet meds I have to go to a vet that doesn't have Sim ownership.  Is that normal? I am just curious if it is a bug or if it's just how things are. I finally on a different save went to a vet clinic with no ownership and the craft o matic was full of meds and I could buy them.  Thanks

@firequeen76 Yes, you have to make them yourself and then fill them in.

That's by design.
