[FIXED] [CD] ''Be nice to...'' interaction not working on dogs [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? n/a
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, Holiday celebration pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have two pets in the same household, click on one and select ''Be nice to...'' then select the second pet.
What happens when the bug occurs? The human Sim tell the first pet to be nice to the other, the pet listens but does nothing after...it just stands there and then goes on with its life like nothing happened.
What do you expect to see? The first pet should go to the second pet and be nice to it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

It is happening only in one of my games.  I tested it in another game and it works just fine...

Fixed in Patch 1.96.365/1.71

This was fixed for dogs. Cats aren't supposed to have the option.

I understand you move my bug report because it is similar but I just want to specify that my dogs do interact with each other and are in the same family. It's just the ''be nice too..'' interaction that doesn't work.

I though the other thread had the be nice issue too but maybe that has another thread somewhere (can't find atm).

I split again and leaving it separate for now.

I tested something else today, maybe the save file won't be needed after that.
I created two other pets and switched them with the ones that were faulty, and now the ''be nice to..'' is working...
So I guess the problem was just with these two dogs...wich is weird...

Point of interest, the two faulty dogs had only one trait out of three (I just forgot to select them when I created the dogs)...maybe that's what created the bug?

I have the same issue. There are three dogs in the household and two of them won't "be nice to" each other. They just look at the sim, listen to the command but then ignore it.

Both of them can "be nice" to the third dog and the third dog can be nice to both of them. It's just the interaction between them that doesn't work. 

The ones who can't "be nice" have mated once and the third dog is their puppy (now grown up). Also, one of them is an adopted stray, the other is a dog I created. I don't know if these things have anything to do with the issue.
