This issue was reported here 2 years ago! But I have the same problem now. It is very annoying and I wish they would fix it.

Same, i have this issue since i bought the game in 2015, my first gameplay was obviously without any mods and this glitch was already there, this glitch only happens with the bigger lips who are a common mouth shape for blacks, i can't properly do my simself because of this, it's annoying,

Still an issue now as well. I've had this recently with some of my Sims using the affected lip templates.

Annoying that it's been 3 years since the last reply on this thread and they STILL haven't bothered to fix this. It makes it really hard to make characters with nonwhite features.
