What happens when the bug occurs? The latest Nvidia drivers released on the 22nd, 419.17, cause Apex to hang on game launch with a white screen. Rolling back to 418.91 fixes the issue. I can go and reinstall 419.17 to get a dxdiag dump if needed
What should be happening instead? Game should launch normally
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Have a maxwell GPU (Pascal/Turing untested) 2. Perform an upgrade to 419.17 from 418.91 3. Launch Apex. 4. Hang.
I'm not sure if this is an nvidia regression or an Apex bug but this was the easiest way I could find to report the regression. I can't find a reliable way to report it to nvidia.
