Number on top of data card menu

What is the number that shows up. Ext to the data cards menu. Everytime I go inisde it shows up on the bronzium data card but nothing else after it.

Because you have over 1k "handshake" points (or whatever they are called) to spend on Bronzium data cards. You can get a few free a day. But the rest you have to spend those points on. So spend them!
