Notification with work perfomance has few lines with the same information.

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.104.58.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them, For Rent being the last (so without Crystal Creations).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to work and get the pop up with options what to do at work.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sometimes there is a pop-up window with 2 options to choose what to do at work. After choosing there is notification how that option affected job performance. Instead of getting 1 line if information if performance improvement was big or small, I get 2 or 3 lines, rarely just 1. Sometimes Sim get improvement in a skill (if I'm not mistaken) and then 2 lines makes sense but not in that case.
What do you expect to see? Just 1 line with information how the action affected the job performance.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Have you tried in a completely vanilla game - no mods, localthumbcache.package deleted, new game?

I play now without mods, localthumbcache.package is deleted after every game session. It is pretty new game and in I don't think I had this issue in version 1.89.214.1030.

I have seen this issue in my game. Have had it appear on a fresh save with no mods or anything as well.
