Notebooks act like invisible objects/Sims consider notebooks invisible

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.62.67.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Have All Eps, All GPs; Stuff Packs: DO NOT HAVE Kids Stuff, Toddler Stuff, Fitness, Tiny Living, Spooky, Moschino. Others are installed
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place notebook on any table, then just play.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims place other objects on notebooks. Like NB are not already placed there or they are not objects. They do Homework through notebooks... They cook on notebooks.
What do you expect to see? When notebooks are placed on the tables sims should not be able to place anything in them...
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

AS if sims consider the place empty and there is nothing on it.
It is really Annoying!!!
