Yep, I've noticed this happening on my specialist at least 50 times.

Still an ongoing issue that affects 100% of the troopers (assault, heavy, officer, specialist), and several heroes. And still not a word from EA in this thread or direct messaging. But they chime right in on many other threads

Something needs to be done asap. Scan Dart in this state is basically like a wallhack cheat: for some people, it works, for others, it doesn't do anything. It's frustrating when you see the little blinking light and know that the enemy knows your position, while you are unable to do the same due to the bug.

This issue also affects Infiltration on specialists. When you pop infiltration it is supposed to show all enemies on the map as red dots, and sometimes it simply doesn't do anything, basically rendering infiltration useless.

Somehow it seems to be fixed for me. At least everything was working as intended the last 20 or so games.

this issue/bug is still occuring and it is becoming not only a major nuisance, but has made the assault class somewhat useless without the scan dart working properly.

could you please fix this, its getting beyond annoying at this rate.


the problem is only happening on Kashyyk for me, all other maps are fine.

problem has resurfaced again this time on death star 2, its really messing with my assault kit, please fix this.

Have this every game, works half the time, driving me nuts. If I notice it is not working I often will deactivate the binoculars and reactivate over and over until they work.

Playing on PC, mostly as specialist.

Has any of you ever thought that this isn't random? That maybe exists something like Scrambler from the Specialist that blocks your scanning methods? Just saying..
