Not recieved TW rewards [ Edited ]

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Samsung Galaxy

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I waited for the last Territory War review to end to recieve my reward's, i was online when the review timer counted down to zero and never recieved the in game mail with the rewards attached, it is now the following day and all my guild member's apart from one other person has recieved there rewards yet i still have not, i have hard reset the game as well as cleared my game cache/data to no avail, i placed around 18th out of 50 on the TW leaderboard and earned around 150-300 banners personally, my guild is 170m GP and we lost so i was expecting 2nd place rewards of 2 Zeta's.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look into my account and see why i never recieved my rewards
