Not receving postcards

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.75.125.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except snowed escapes, journey to Battu, laundry stuff and paranormal stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By fixing the mailbox.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant receive postcards or anything by mail, such as things my sims are sent and get samples from the lab.
What do you expect to see? This issue fixed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Every time I find a penpal and they send me a postcode I am not receiving them. I have tried it with numerous penpals now. I am also not receiving any mailbox items at all. Whenever my sims are sent things they do not arrive at the mailbox, nor do Geo samples from the lab. I have tried resetting the game and turning cheats off (I had them activated so I could Debug my cats that kept getting stuck behind my coffee machine).

Sorry for the delay in responding I've been away with work so haven't had a chance to get back onto the sims. I replaced the mailbox and restarted my save twice, but I'm still not receiving anything 😔

You basically upload your save to google or one drive and PM me the link (make sure it's public)
