Not receiving nhl 17 season 9 0r Round 4

Summarize your bug finished my round 4 with a -2500 rank and inhad a 1500 something total rank for season 9. I log in today and see the new season has started but i never received my rewards. My PSN is Kilburnitaly
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look in your ranking systems and look at my transaction history. I've receved nothing.
What happens when the bug occurs? i dont get the rewards i worked hard for.
What do you expect to see? my rewards that i worked hard for. Especially since i bought the deluxe edition and have spent money on packs

Go to main HUT menu. Choose a "Season select" find Season what you need. Go to this Season and take You PAcks.
