Not receiving level rewards

Summarize your bug Sometimes when i level up, i don’t get my level rewards. Like for example i just leveled up to level 66 but i did not receive my rewards.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just level up in ultimate team and see if you get your rewards or not.
What happens when the bug occurs? I expect to get my rewards like a fantasy pack but i don’t get anything and it’s frustrating.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my rewards.

Not all MUT levels will grant packs coins, Power Up Passes, etc. The rewards will vary. For level 66 you should have unlocked a specific store offer pertaining to that level. 

If you are concerned you're missing any items/rewards, don't hesitate to hit up our Support team ASAP so they can check your account to see if anything wasn't granted to you. They're super friendly and are more than happy to check into it for you.
