Not receiving epic skin I got from an apex pack

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Unlocking an apex pack in the readying up section of the lobby
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Unlocking an apex pack

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Quite a few

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I opened an apex pack and unlocked an Epic skin for Wraith called fire within or something like that, but before I could equip it it disappeared and when I want to look for it on the legends menu there was no skin called that and it said that I hadn’t unlocked any epic skins.
What should be happening instead? I should get the skin
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I guess just keep opening apex packs until it happens

What happens when the bug occurs? I opened an apex pack and unlocked a epic skin for wraith, it was call fire from within or something close to that, however when I went into my ledgend section to check it out there was no skin remotely named like that and it showed that I haven’t unlocked any epic skins for her.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to see and select the skin
