What happens when the bug occurs? I was not receiving any double xp during the double xp weekend sunday June 9 and Monday June 10. As I paid for the battle pass this is unacceptable because I was going to play for 10 hours Sunday in order to level up my battlepass to level 100 and receive enough coins to purchase season 2 when it comes out. This is very frustrating because not only did I not receive any double xp for the games played i would have played another 10 hours to level up significantly. As a paying customer there should be some compensation for this issue. I have reported the issue to EA under the case number 49114103. I am very frustrated that no double xp was rewarded and this needs to be resolved.
What should be happening instead? Double xp should have been rewarded as advertised and I should be compensated with double xp or levels or coins.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check back in game logs for the experience rewarded.
