What happens when the bug occurs? The reward I earned at level 61 in the battle pass isn't showing up in my lifelines banners.
What should be happening instead? It should be showing up

When I reached level 61 in the battle pass, I did not receive the item (Lifeline banner) that was suppose to be given. I have followed instructions already to try and fix this issue but nothing worked. This is the first time I have had an issue with the battle pass and it is frustrating!
