Not receiving Apex Packs from new level cap

@jestermachine I didn’t really notice the change with the legend tokens I have a lot stacked up so even if I didn’t receive them I wouldn’t even notice the amount difference but I’ll keep an eye on that the next time I level up. If I see the same amount I’ll probably make a separate post for it as a heads up for new players and get the developers attention.
