Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I completed the Home Research twice in the Winter Wonderland Treasure Hunt but didn't get any rewards from it, not even the maps that I need to start the other events in the event. Now I can't do any other actions related to that event, so I'm just losing time and chances to get more rewards and complete the Winter Wonderland Treasure Hunt.
What do you expect to see? I hope you can fix it for me. It's very upsetting.
