Not getting playing with friends XP bonus

I don’t think this is a bug, you get the playing with friends bonus through an XP boost in battle pass, starting at level 12.

How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? "Playing with Friends" bonus doesn't happen for Battle Pass Points, but does for normal XP, when a party member crashed
What should be happening instead? Either I get it for both or just one
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have party member crash in game, or possibly disconnect
Do I really have to write something in here to make the "submit" button appear? Why? Maybe put an asterisk next to the field or something, because otherwise how will I know it's required? I even put a screenshot in here. This is dumb.
