Summarize your bug I have 5 skill points to use but it is giving me the error “Not enough skill points to purchase this bucket”. The remaining points is what is keeping me from having my character maxed out.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attached pictures?
What happens when the bug occurs? See pictures.
What do you expect to see? Them to become available so I can complete my character.

On QB1 mode I have maxed out 3 out of the 4 traits (I guess ill call them) I have 4 skill points but unable to upgrade? I have no idea if its a bug or its maxed out but my other 3 traits have locks next to them and the last one is a 96 but no lock next to it, any ideas on how to fix or is this a bug?

Summarize your bug Any time I try to upgrade my last skill i get a message that reads "not enough skill points to purchase this bucket". I have 10 points but it does this every time and it's been consistent for about a week.

I’ve had this problem since last year i don’t see no way around it unless they drop a new update or change the progression system

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try upgrading Scrambler past 96 when Field General, Improviser, & Strong Arm are all at 99.
What happens when the bug occurs? Prompts display showing "Attention: Not Enough Skill Points To Purchase This Bucket".
What do you expect to see? Scrambler bucket upgrade to 97-98-99, so I can max out every bucket.

How is changing our position going to work when we are playing the game mode where you can only be a quarterback. I've stopped playing the game completely because of this. You would think a game developer would fix a bug that has been in the game for over a year for the new release but nope.

That was definitely a mental lapse there. We've seen that issue in Franchise mode so from past reports I defaulted there. When I followed up on this previously it indicates the area you're trying to upgrade is maxed out and it's a UI issue. If you regress you should be able to add points again.
