Not able to start the game!

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i don't know..
What happens when the bug occurs? i am not able to start the game..

Hi,

i am not able to start the game anymore.
i have internet-connection but still not able to start the game, i bought the game via Playstation Store and have therefore not CD..

The game start okay, but suddenly (always) stops when i am about to choose language.

Everything just freezes.

Please help!

Hey @QqTab,

So long as you don't delete your save files, you won't lose them.  Just delete the game itself and re-install it.

Btw, i have the latest update, both for the platform and game..

Can you boot your console in Safe Mode and then choose option 5, Rebuild Database. Note: that process can take a long time.

Hi,

Unfortunately it looks like this is a recurring issue.

I wasn't able to start the game again today, at it stopped again when the player is about to choose language.

So i rebooted the system again by choosing "Rebuild Database" in Safe Mode but this time it didn't help..

Any tips this time?

Uninstalling/deleting the game and then reinstalling is the next step here.

I assume you purchased the game via your regions' store?

i bought the game at Playstation Store. 

i can't believe this, how can this be the only solution?
