Not able to play with my brother on the same network or others

What happens when the bug occurs? It say bad challenge after failing to get into a match
What should be happening instead? I should be getting in the game with my brother
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? you gotta play with the person in the same room, house etc once you get into a game once or twice you will end up getting bad challenge or a black screen & you won't be able to get in the game something one of us only gets in while the other player just waits in the lobby
we have tired to change networks as well one uses the WiFi while the other uses mobile hot spot & that didn't help either
