Not Solved Jabba Ultimate Journey finished 11/12 tolens

Hoping the fix refunds the 750 crystals we all used Friday to buy DS currency in the weekly shipment.  
wouldn’t have bought if I knew it would take 5 more days to get the ultimate

I made the mistake of trying to use the in game help... worst decision ever.

Nonsense answers, followed by gaslighting, followed by, basically, F-off, and finally, go online to this forum. WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER.

Will never use it again, and I hope they close that department and fire everybody.

At this point it would be nice to just get the last ult token. We are all just stuck with a half finished Jabba. Given that the bug presumably arises from modifications to our game state during the previous bug, there maybe isn’t much to fix beyond letting us get the last token somehow.

I'm also having the exact same problem. Jabba journey ended early with 11 of 12 ultimate tokens. Cannot finish Jabba's Ultimate

It has been a week without a fix...

I have restarted the phone and deleted game data including cache. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled. I still can't complete the event. With the latest update it appeared completed and by following the same steps I was able to continue with the event, but it told me an attempt without a skill reward. I need to complete one more attempt to get the last skill fragment to complete all 12 and get Jabba's special skill.

The issue is very same for us, but still lack the solution after a week. 😭
