No territory battles rewards

Thx a lot for taking care of this issue.
My DS TB rewards are present now.
LS TB rewards are still missing.
Screenshots from my inital post show rewards. The achievements from me and guildmate prove that I got nothing.

It´s almost a month ago, still no LS territory battles rewards.

Customer service told me some specialists would take a look at this issue and mail me ...

Customer service told me that this is a known issue and that I d get my rewards for sure ...

Any news about this issue?
