No starter-pack in LUT

Which feature / component / location in game are you experiencing issues with? In LUT I don't get the starter-pack with the first arena, logo, jerseys and coach
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I started the LUT mode and get the message that I receive a hawks starter-pack but I can't find it in the store or anywhere else.
What happens when the bug occurs? I receive the message that I get a pack and can't find it in the store or anywhere else.
What should be happening instead? In the store should be the option that I can open this hawks-pack for free

 I started the LUT mode and get the message that I receive a hawks starter-pack but I can't find it in the store or anywhere else.

So I haven't coins, an arena, a logo, jerseys or a coach and can't start any game in LUT.
