No repair tool in pilot class [ Edited ]

Summarize your bug For the past four days I have not had repair tool for my pilot class. It only happens to one of my accounts. My other account does not have this problem.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure if it happens to anyone else. See if you can repair your plane when damaged or jump out and check your inventory.
What happens when the bug occurs? Will not be able to repair damaged plane because you have no repair tool in your inventory.
Please select your region North America
In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number
Enter RAM memory size in GB

Yes exactly same here, PS4 here though.

For me its past 3 weeks how im spawning without the repair tool on pilot class. So around 02/15/2017, it could've been the same time as you, so the only clue in my head is the update we received. Before this started happening.

Yeah bro I just logged back in to that gamer tag and it still doesnt work. EA couldn't figure out what happened either. It's like a conspiracy against pilots lol or anyone who is getting too many kills in planes/tanks without getting killed. I noticed other people are having similar issues but with the tank class. So hopefully EA/DICE comes out with a patch to fix this issue. Very strange.

One year this problem exist ! And it still make customers unhappy, I was one of the defender of BATTLEFIELD 1, but this but really put me on the side of the angry one now...
No repair tool on the tanker, and worse, no cavalry sword on foot !

I have sent this issue on for investigation to the team. 

I'm going to add a small troubleshooting list below to see if anything that could fix the issue and narrowing down the list of where the issue is. 

• Remove save files on console/pc.
  • PC: Its in the documents folder for battlefield.
• Clear the cache on PC/Console.
• Reinstall the game.
• For PC Only: 
  • Reinstall Origin.
  • Make sure PC is up to date.
