No new Update and Can’t Login [ Edited ]

I have updated my game on my iPhone but when I tried to update on my iPad there is no update pending on App Store so I pressed “Open” and it opens my game to the landing page and stops with a message that’s says “More Fun Awaits” and an “Update” tab that when pressed redirects to ea.com — EA Community that has links to download the game in the App Store but if you press on it redirects to a link called Kochava which says it’s “out of service try again later”

I’ve tried to submit this as a bug report new topic and only after an hour of trying I was able to submit it here. When I try to update my game I have a new game icon but instead of update it just says open. When I open the game it says more fun awaits update and then redirects me to ea.com which when I click on it it redirects to a page called Kochava that looks like a virus or phishing campaign. Anyways I can’t play any of the new updates I can’t even log into my game.

@Axiom2045 Hi, did you do basic troubleshooting for your iPad and AppStore?

This Kochava looks like a broken link on the Sims Mobile’s ea.com page, it should direct to the AppStore but I can also see that it’s not working properly.
