Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Let random teammate disconnect (suposedly with alt+F4). As the game will wait for the player to reconnect, no loss forgiveness is given if the squad dies during this "reconnect-period".
When playing ranked the random mate disconnected directly from start. The character was still "in world" but the disconnect icon was shown. The player did not reconnect and my squad-mate and me died, due to him just standing (as he was disconnected). When he then also got killed we both lost RP-Points even though we lost because of the disconnected player.
