Platform:Nintendo Switch
Please specify your platform model. Nintendo Switch
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Dee
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible.
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Any area
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Trying to look around...
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? None
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Horizontal movement using motion controls don't work at all.
What should be happening instead? It should be moving horizontally.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try actually playing on a switch with motion controls

Playing on switch in handheld with joycons, motion controls turned on, vertical movement works fine but horizontal movement does little to nothing no matter what setting I try to adjust under the motion controls in settings. Not going to bother playing if it can't get that right even.

@Xxdh1018xX I also have the same problem. And after testing the controls i figured it out!. So usually, when you are using handheld gyro controls, you usually push back one of the joycons to either turn left or right (example like splatoon2). But in apex, you control it like a steering wheel to turn left or right. I think this is a mistake and hopefully they would consider updating it, because its very dizzy trying to play like this.
