Looking at the first screenshot at 0:41 we can see:

They have:

War Factory = 40 Tiberium

2 x Cyber Wheels = 2 x 10 = 20 Tib

Buggy = 30 Tib

Bikes = 30 Tib

Tib on hand = 60

Total for junoon: 180 Tiberium

You have:

Barracks = 30 Tib

Harvester = 60 Tib

MG Squad = 30 Tib

Jump Jet Troopers = 50 Tib

Tib on hand = 10

Total for Desmond82: 180 Tiberium

Seems legit to me? Depending on how long that harvester has been out, which we don't know.

Hey @desmondwoon82 thanks for reaching out. It is entirely possible to build a lot of low cost units in a short space of time without a harvester, some players prefer that strategy. @Mister_Crac has done some of the maths for us.  If you could provide a video, we will be better able to determine what is going on in this match.
