How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug I just finished the sith raid 16th O believe and did not get a full piece in the rewards. I just reread the post and you said it is 100% drop chance for A full raid gear piece (i know that doesnt mean a g12 absolutely but any piece). I did not get anything.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Raid rewards

I would appreciate acknowledging this problem at the very least. You can clearly see the rewards in the screenshot do not have what is mentioned in your post and until now i always had a full piece and so did my guild members.

They rolled back the rewards to the way they were BEFORE the update you screenshoted on 17/4. In other words, they have been restored to the way they were originally, meaning that a full piece is not guaranteed and is more likely the higher up you rank due to the return of the tiered system.

They rolled it back to the way it was before as written in the 1st paragraph of the screenshot i posted. It clearly states 1 full piece guaranteed. The change was 40% drop rate which they then changed back to 100%. I m the only one out of 50 ppl that didnt get a full piece btw and its the 1st time i dont since they rolled back the rewards. Clearly a bug

Nope, order goes like this:
Original - chance to get a full piece, increased depending how high you rank.
Before 11/4 - changed to a flat 40% chance to get a full piece.
11/4 - changed from 40% to 100% chance for full piece.
17/4 - all changes are removed, resulting in the original rewards structure.
