I'm not sure how to help you here. I got top position in fleet arena for my payout, yet the 400 crystal reward never arrived in my inbox. Check the screenshot: I should have 601 crystals.

We have checked your account and for the previous three days and you have received the the below for placing first in your Fleet Arena. This was on October 15th at 11:03:07pm UTC, October 16th at 11:12:19pm UTC & October 17th at 11:08:41pm UTC.

• 200000 Ship Building Materials.
• 400 Crystals.
• 1800 Fleet Arena Tokens.
• 150 Sim Tickets.
• 15 T4 Enhancement Droid.
• 10 T3 Enhancement Droid.

Interesting. Before I posted my bug report, I verified the it by looking at the Fleet Arena Store: Usually when I get the reward, I immediately go redeem the Zeta mat. I should have included a screenshot back then, but the zeta mat wasn't grayed out in the Fleet Arena Store as I would have expected it to be. Must have been an issue with the UI then but that's a separate issue.
