No dialogue during pre-mission cut scenes!!!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a match and watch the cut scenes before the match starts.
What happens when the bug occurs? No audio dialogue. Just video.
What do you expect to see? Hoping that dialogue returns.

It's not just starfighter either.  It happens in all modes.  No dialogue in cut scenes.

Have you tried to reinstall the game on your console to see if it will fix the problem?
