No crates/reward at gold II

Summarize your bug This is the second time there has no crate popped up once reaching a new numeric level of a main level. In this case gold II. On the map it shows as received but nothing happened in reality.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know.

No crate was reveiled once gold II was reached. The same happened once earlier as well.

Same to me on android 8.1.0 galaxy note 9. Same level. No reward(s) recieved at completion of level.
