I'm talking in the name of a player who wants to join my guild that can't speak english. This player can't access the ingame chat because of the child protection system. The account was originally his son's, who is underage, but he's not playing anymore and now his father is the current owner of the account. He's an adult person but he's still blocked as he was a minor.
So, the question is: is there any way to migrate the game account to a different e-mail, google account or whatever that fix this issue? And if so, what kind of credentials would he need and where to send them? (Ally code, e-mail confirmation, personal ID...)
