No Target Lock inflicted by Scimitar

Summarize your bug When an enemy reinforces their fleet with a ship my Scimitar does not inflict target lock. This happened throughout a fleet arena fight. There is no resist popup text either. It has only happened during this one fight as far I have noticed.

Hi @anarhistkrytoi and thank you for the report. We tried to reproduce this today, but couldn't. Reinforcements were always target locked as long as there was a Scimitar on the opposite team. Maybe you can provide more details or a video so that we can investigate this further? That'd be great!

I did not know when the bug would occur again but I could get this screenshot right after opponent's Poe dameron's x-wing was reinforced while I had a Scimitar in the active battle and no Target lock was inflicted or resisted on the x-wing

I've had this in more than 1 battle but I first noticed it when an opponents Slave1 reinforced and no TL was added by my Scimitar because my 5s couldn't remove his positive effects with basic attack.
I ran another fight and started the Scimitar and not 1 reinforcement gained TL.

I’ve noticed this happening after the Ships 2.0 update. Can you look into it again please? I usually call Scimitar as my first reinforcement and I haven’t seen target lock inflicted on any of my enemy’s reinforcements once it is in play.

It's possible to resist the TL. Are you sure that isn't what was happening?

Here is a video in which at 3:35 a ship is called in and the scimitar was arleady called by the enemy. 

There is neither a resist nor a TL appearing.

Same at 4:25 and 7:29 . These are three battles where neither the TL or the resisting showed up...
