How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No sound or music as game opens. Scattered sound music throughout play then no sound or music for rest of gameplay.
What do you expect to see? When you start play it’s silent. Intermittently sound or music will appear then fade and no sound or music heard for rest of game. In-game ads play sounds and music.

No Sound or music bug got progressively worse over a 3 day period now there is permanently no sound or music throughout game.

Seems to be a connection between listening to Sims music/ sound effects while using Bluetooth devices with iPad/iPhone. There seems to be a delay between sound after using Bluetooth devices back to device speakers. Not a total solution but when sound effect/music disappears on iOS it will reappear if I use a Bluetooth device.
