New lunar UI information not showing

@crinrict Young adult merman yes. Maybe is the moodlet happening only on a Full Moon? I will check this evening if on a Full Moon the description will change.

@crinrict I checked and, like you see in the picture, on the Full Moon I have a description basically saying that my hydration level will go down more slowly. No moodlet though, but I think it's by design.

@crinrict the sim I’m playing right now isn’t an occult, but as far as I’m aware; I should still be able to see the affects of the Lunar Phase at the bottom of the screen when I hover over it because some of the Lunar Phases affect all sims, not just occults

I believe the effects only get triggered after having your sim bathe in moonlight (I think that's what it's called). You get this option by clicking on your sim. However, if the moodlets should be triggered automatically, then I have the bug too.

I have attached a picture of what I am talking about. Taken from Plumbella’s video. It tells you how a certain moon phase is effecting sims. 
my game does not have that.

@theyorkshirejo It does show for werewolves but it seems not anyone else. Currently not sure what the design is
