Welp, i don't know if it's a bug or i just don't meet the requirements for the badge. But apparently it just requires 250k BP exp for 7 legends. I don't know why i can't choose it on any of my legend.

I know they are aware of this and are working on a current fix, I mentioned this in another post. :]
