Nightsister damage bug

Nightsister initiate damage is much lower then what is says
Mine, in stats, say 1920 damage where in battle she only does 1500-1600. All othe character do more damage then what their stats say. So this must be a bug. Also cause her strength is over 1000 and that is suppose to contribute to her damage
