Hey, thanks for the report. We have this flagged as a bug, but it doesn't have anything to do with Nightsister Zombie's Speed stacks.
This can occur when the last turret is defeated by Plague or DoTs at the beginning of their turn. The tank doesn't get toppled, turrets and droids don't respawn anymore.

Not exactly what happened, Talzin killed off the last turret with her basic so plague was involved, however, it did topple like normal, but then immediately after topple, it targeted zombie and came up with no turrets or droids respawning.
