Nhl HUT Icon set BUG.

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know. Upgrade Bronze master Icons to Silver Master Icons.
What happens when the bug occurs? I got disconnected because EA Server Maintience. So to begin with. I upgraded my Teemu Selanne Bronze 87 OVR Master Icon to a Silver 92 OVR Master Icon with 9 Icon Collectibles and my Bronze Selanne. Just when I completed the set i got disconnected from NHL because of server maintience. When i could enter The game again there wasnt a Silver Icon Pack there. Only my Bronze 87 ovr Teemu Selanne but all of my 9 Icon Collectibles are gone!!
What do you expect to see? I expect compansation of course. Either i want 92 OVR Silver Icon Temuu Selanne or I want my 9 Icon Collectibles back. If you guys cant do that then i want coins so i can buy The icon collectibles. Ive played for 5-6 weeks to get these collectibles. Please help me and respond to this.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
