The transition effect/animation confused the ultimate.

Bloodhound ultimate also active immediately when using zip line.

Most likely also when drop from ballon drop (haven't try it out yet).

@x1337xBLAZERx Thank you, that's very clear. We moved the post to the bug section, and we edited out the video. It's very clear and could be abused. 

We'll make sure that the QA team know about this so we can get it fixed. Edit: Yep being looked at.
