Honorable Mention Mirage badge and Lifetime Wins Tracker from ALGS Missing

@EA_Atic has anyone been able to further look into this issue?

After claiming my 4 ALGS Twitch drops today (May 1st), I have lost another 4 that I claims previously. I am now missing the following drops:

• Lifetime wins tracker

• Number one banner pose

• Honorable Mirage badge

• Copperhead Alternator skin

• Ocean Spear Bangalore skin

• “Let’s Goooo!” Holospray

• “The Champion” Charm

• Load Screen 6 (Legacy - Iwamoto05 in-game)

• Load screen 1(Legacy - osamatographe in-game)

• Load screen 2 (Legacy - zonotaida in-game)

• Load screen 3 (Legacy - noxlot1 in-game)

The 4 red drops are the ones that I lost after claiming today's drops.

Would appreciate any updates on this, as it's been going on for months and no one has been able to assist or provide any sort of timeline.

I lost all my loading screens that i earned from twitch drops aswell i had all my twitch drops last season but ever since this season started i lost all of them.

For me I didn't even redeem the new ALGS drops (Honestly didn't even know there was any) I just redeemed the new Valk skin and lost my old ALGS drops and other twitch stuff
