Never received new GA daily crystal reward from timing issue repayment

Summarize your bug I'm 99% I was caught up in the crystal timing issue and never received the missing crystals, which apparently went out a few days ago. I was only affected one day, the second day the rewards were active. I remember asking if anybody knew when the exact timing was, and a guild member mentioned you were having issues. Not a huge deal, since I was only skipped once, but it would be nice to have them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure.

We have checked your account and it appears that you received 75 crystals (for the old Squad Arena Payouts) on the 7th of December and on the 8th you started receiving the new GAC daily payout.

This is accurate. The date in question would be the 9th. I did receive them the 10th and every day following. It is possible I just do not remember claiming them that day, but as mentioned I asked my guild if anybody knew what the new timing was on the payout.
