Names won't Load in Character Select

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? The names of your squadmates are not shown during Character Select at random times, causing some confusion about who is picking their Legend. It's not a major issue but still really annoying.
What should be happening instead? Names should be shown as normal.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, it just happens. I've noticed it happens more frequently if you connect to a game mid-character-select.

Can we try a few things to see if we can help stop this from happening? 

I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help site first to see if that fixes this. If it keeps happening after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well. Let me know if it's still not loading after that.
