NPC Detox Potions and Clay Problem

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? most current
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all exp packs, all game packs except batuu and wedding stories, most packs, and no kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? BBQ + NPC
What happens when the bug occurs? Npc sims leave clay and detox potions everywhere! I have seen other people have this problem as well.
What do you expect to see? It should be fixed. This bug has been in the game for entirely too long.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
The detox thing has happened for a long time and I've only noticed the clay problem after Werewolves.
