I have upgraded all objects in my home to be unbreakable and, yet, they still break and need replacement.
The sim who did the upgrades has passed away. I don't know if that is the problem.

Hello @kaichen04@DarkAmaranth1966
My understanding is that plumbing objects do not have the option to make Unbreakable, only to make them *less* breakable
EDIT: If an object says it's unbreakable and it still breaks, please use this: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/OPEN-Unbreakable-objects-break-and-can-t-be-repaired/m-p/68828...

I'm going to tag the QA Gurus on this one
@SimGuruArvin @SimGuruNick @SimQARobo
Mine have always broken still and I thought they maybe just break less often (especially the plumbing stuff).
Could you list the items that break for you although upgraded ?
Good Luck

Sinks, bathtubs, and toilets, mainly.

Unbreakable is literally supposed to mean unbreakable, those things should never break. If something is breaking that is supposed to be Unbreakable, the fix for that would most likely be object-specific, so I would need to know the exact plumbing objects you're seeing this issue occur with.

You mean as in the object name or the general category ?

I've added this for now.
I'll check the object names once I got a new computer.

Sink The Amaranth in green just did it to me. I had instant upgraded it three sim days ago, after it broke and, it's broken again, despite the instant upgrade, which is supposed to add ALL upgrades.
I have not tested if it will break if ONLY the unbreakable upgrade is applied, nor if you do each upgrade separately. It may be only on instant upgrade that the items do not actually get the unbreakable upgrade.

@SimQARobo You are correct, Sturdier faucets is the best for a sink, superior flush for toilets. So those should break LESS but not be unbreakable. So, call this one "by design." We are all so used to unbreakable in previous Sims games that, I think we expected all upgrades to grant that in TS4 as well and, it does not.
