[NOT BUG] headlineeffects on/off Not Working [ Edited ]

The cheat headlineeffects on\off is not working. I have no mods, no cc, have all the packs and game is fully up-to-date with the latest patch. (I play on a PC)

I have cleared cache files, repaired game, moved existing The Sims 4 folder on to desktop and started the game to generate a new sims 4 folder... all to no avail as the cheat will still not work.

Have had another staff member at Carl's forum test this out for me, still could not get this cheat to work.

ok this can be deleted as the problem has been solved! An incorrect version of the cheat was on the guide from which I copied and pasted! Such an easy fix although I have spent quite some time trying all sorts of things! lol

 EDIT: Leaving this to highlight if someone else runs into the same issue.

I'm unsure. Is headlineeffects off correct one or what did you type that didn't work ?

headlineeffects on\off is the correct cheat. @crinrict
